Pratt vs. Ward Rematch Officially Signed! With One Stipulation!

After months and months of the APW Executive Committee chasing @ianpratt_ down to sign him to a rematch against @cannonballjustine he finally did agree to a rematch, but only if he was paid double.

The committee reluctantly agreed, but it came up with a stipulation of its own. So the rematch has been signed for Mayhem in New Minas! And if Ian Pratt loses, he must put on a Caillou Costume!
